next to an apple tree. this made me think. do homeless people want to go and pick blackberrys?

could a homless person apply for an allotment? or would they need an address to do that? they cost like no money to have an allotment so you could cover that by selling a bit of fruit and veg or whatever and it'd be somewhere safe to stay.
