it gets me thinking around the transfer window....everyone has an opinion on every player that gets a mention...

but i'm always suspicious that in football, a lot of these opinions seem to be based on what The Sun or the lads on MOTD have to say about the issue...

in football, it seems very easy to have an opinion without ever actually having done the work to justify that opinion.

eg. closely watch a game for 90 mins paying particular attention to the work of specific players throughout....not just the highlights or a match report...

and when you think about how many players there are, and how much time it would take to have thorough opinions on those players that don't just extend to knowing that they've won goal of the season twice in the season.....and how, unless you support that team, you're unlikely to be watching loads of that player on a regular basis...the odd game shown on telly maybe...highlights..blah blah

anyway....

i don't really know what my point is....

maybe....FOOTBALL....EVEYONE HAS AN OPINION!!11!!!!
