To distract us from a round of disappointing pay reviews, my office is being "treated" to a day out.

It's to a conference centre just outside town, and my inside sources tell me it's going to involve a murder mystery thing. Jfc, can I not just have the afternoon off instead?

Does anyone actually enjoy these things? Ever been on a good one? Or, better yet, an awful one?
