I am currently applying for a position with a global multinational American company specialising in financial services. They may or may not have used Blue Monday by New Order in their advertising in the past.

There is a question around sexual preference that lists the following options Heterosexual, Lesbian, Gay, I'd rather not answer.

This question has obviously been created by a half-wit. Why would we need an option to specify Lesbian or Gay surely by virtue of knowing my gender they should be able to work this out with a homosexual tick box.

More worryingly there's no option for bi & I'd be buggered if I knew what to do if I were trans. Sexuality is no tick box excercise is it?
