quiet day at work today i think.

some guy i'd not met previously said i was 'rate hench' last night. i presumed he meant fat but apparent that isn't what it means. i also had a cherry kreik, which is a lovely first beer but more than one and its just urgh.

whats everyone doing today? i've gotta go to the walk-in centre later, then gym and finally off to my old hometown of mansfield. but first; proformas.
