For the birthday, I decided all day drinking and lawn bowls would obviously be the logical way to spend a day and I was very impressed by the sport.

Never played it indoors before but it was a very fast game and incredibly hard. Local club lets you just turn up and play for 3 hours for £5 including woods & shoe hire. A pint was also £1.75.
