A question for those of you with a teenager's complexion.

I'm 37 now and have suffered from oily skin and nasty isolated spots / bumps for a long time. Even my dentist recommended me roaccutane this morning. I've been avoiding it due to the supposed side effects (iffy for kidneys, iffy for mood, sensitive skin etc).

Have any of you taken it? Did it work? Were there any noticeable side effects?

Wondering whether to take the plunge...
