I have just received a 'chogadias' from a client. go on, google it. I'm wokring on a deal and we're gong to exchange contracts tomorrow and close the deal on friday. Apparently I am only allowed to exchange and close during an auspicious time slot. Which is probably going to necessitate a 6am start on friday.

I think it is a Hindi thing, but seems a bit mental. This really is a new one for me.
