i genuinely thing someone should

a) open a shop just selling cereal (called 'cereal thrillers' or summit. actually that would be the name of their 'collective'. maybe just call the shop whatever the street and number is. Tom Varnish, part of the cereal thrillers collective currently in residency at number 12 Old Stenton street)

b) make their own specialised cereal, served on the premise at the
cereal bar.

it would be amazing. cereal from around the world. organic cereal. locally sourced cereal.

i'm not even being shitty....i genuinely think this is a gap in the ever-tightening food market.
