Cauliflower "rice"
Someone told me about this yeaterday and I had it last night and it's amazing. You grate cailiflower florets. Then you sauté garlic, onions and ginger for a bit, then you add the grated cauliflower and sauté that for a few minutes and you have this amazing low fat, very low carb food and it's delicious and it has an amazing texture.
