say you're in a small room (4mx5m) and there's three fussy boys moving around, getting sweaty, and the doors and windows are closed, to stop the noises getting out:
does a portable fan actually cool the room down?
or as the room has a source of heat and is well insulated, does not the use of a motor in it only make things worse?
why?
