I come from a working class family as does my chick/bird/skirt/bit of crumpet and we noticed that we’re massively middle class these days.
Examples include having two types of balsamic vinegar (white and dark, obviously yeah?), cook only with olive oil (vegetable oil, what am I, a peasant?), use sea salt, not table salt, have seven (!) types of tea and a Nespresso machine.
