Appalling phrase, but anyone have any suggestions for things which are worthy but also easy to dip in and out of with frequent distractions? That is, to use another atrocious phrase, page-turners I suppose.

I think I did this once before and several dickheads still said House of Leaves and I think there was a biography of Tesla mentioned. No indie points on offer here. I’d rather someone said Dan Brown than Gravity’s Rainbow, frankly. That type of stuff can wait until winter.
