Are the normally just 'open' at the bottom? Like, no base panel covering all the bits and bobs
Just had one delivered and the instructions say something about attaching an 'insulation base panel' which they say is corrugated plastic that I'm supposed to attach.....but it isn't there.

Can't remember if the one they collected had anything for a base and online doesn't have many pictures of the bottom of washer dryers.

Basically can everyone lift up their washing machines and tell me if there is anything there
