Just finished my laft shift after being made redundant and the old maintenance man who you don't see much cos he's usually in the workshop came out and came over to me and shook my hand and said 'all the best young fella' and then started giving me advice about applying for factory jobs. Supervisor then came over a minute later and said 'untrue it's been a pleasure to work with you mate' and shook my hand. Good job I mentally prepared for this or my face would have immediately looked like I was about to cry and stuck like that for a bit.
