Also, there's a girl at work who brushes her teeth after every meal in the work loos, she brushes them sraight after and I've heard that it's bad to brush them straight away because the enamel is soft from the stuff in food or the heat or something and you should wait an hour.

Everytime I see her I feel I should say somehting but I don't want to be one of those annoying people. I'm sure it can't be that bad really?
