Sugar: "You're fired."

*contestant starts crying, says 'thank you for the opportunity' and gets up to leave the boardroom*

Sugar: "Actually could you just wait there a second"

Sugar gets out of his seat and walks round the table to where they're sat and gets on his knees, puts his hand on their shoulders (they're still crying) "Listen, I don't want you to think this is the end of the road for you, alright? It was a very tough decision."

Karen: You should be very proud.

Sugar wipes tears away with his thumbs
