dis legal brains, advice please
what would the official case be if, during a murder trial, the ghost of the victim appeared in the courtroom and said, 'it wasn't him' while pointing at the person who had been accused. and it was definitely a real ghost. not a trick. so, it definitely wasn't him. like, can a ghost technically be a witness? is there a rule in the law about who can and can't be a witness? would the case get thrown out?
