I have a dental appointment at 2 pm, after going through on and off too agony the past couple of weeks. I know a trip to the dentist is not the most pleasant of experiences for anyone, but I am petrified as I think I have to have either a root canal or tooth extraction.

I'm also terrified of flying, again I know a common fear but I've only flown four times in my life, two of them going to Dublin and taking Valium each time to calm the nerves.
