I've got one. It isn't gungey, but the lower eyelid is swollen and sore. It's been like this since yesterday and saline solution isn't helping clean it.

So far I've been told to tape it shut while I sleep (not doing that) and to try rubbing gold on it. The only gold I have is on 1/4" jack plugs but I tried that anyway because it sounded a mad solution.

Have you heard of any stupid ways to fix common ailments recently?
