So, as a converse thread to hedgehog's about their neighbour, here's my dilemma. Where I live there's three flats - I share the garden with the woman who lives on the middle floor, but the bottom floor does share the garden. They've had an extension which presumably used up their share of the garden.

Anyway, there's recently been some new tenants move in downstairs and now whenever I go in the garden there's a small child pawing at the window. I can't enjoy sitting in the garden with a beer any more. I can't mow the lawn without being distracted. It's bloody annoying!
