so, unfortunately I live on the ground floor (I prefer higher up flats but due to nature in which I had to move last year, I didn't have much choice over what flat to move into).

Anyway, neighbours like to frequent the garden - especially now the weather is good (even though the garden is literally a pile of stones and looks like shit).
There's a lot of different neighbours in the stair that like to go out to the garden and sit in the chairs out there but for some reason, every time anyone goes out there they always sit RIGHT outside one of the three windows my flat has and it's really awkward.

The other day I stacked the chairs and moved them further over so they weren't in front of my windows - the neighbours have now actively picked up the chairs and taken them back over to sit outside my windows again.

Currently there's a woman sitting smoking a fag with a chair right outside my bathroom window and she's position so she's facing right into the living room. When I came home from college and flung open the curtains she was RIGHT THERE looking in (not actively but she was facing me).
Also, her cigarette smoke is coming right into my house through the closed windows (probably 'cos windows are crap, I dunno), surely smoking right up against your neighbour's window is a big no-no?

This is weird, right? I feel like my privacy is being invaded. Why do all these different people want to sit against my windows? (Aside from doing it 'cos subconsciously they all know it annoys the fuck out of me).

People, ugh.
