I figured it all out, of the 12 million:

1 million each to my brothers
1 million to mum
.5 million to each of my band members
1 million to dis, just give people like 50 grand for fun anonymously
3 million to charity
1 million to spread across various friends I can't remember that I have
Leaving 2 million for me.
