Anyone got one? Thoughts?

I've been toying with a Nexus 7 as using note taking apps like Evernote and to do lists like Wunderlist have dramatically improved my performance at work as my note taking and memory skills leave a lot to be desired, but a phone is too small to do it comfortably, plus people think you're playing Temple Run in meetings.

However, I've read there might be a new Nexus 7 soon so should I wait?
