Energy Levels
Got any tips on how to improve them? I'm constantly more tired than a jet lagged insomniac.
For various reasons I don't drink caffeine or Red Bull or any of those stimulants and I don't binge on sugary crap either - so I'm looking for a more long term solution.
I swear I can come across as thick or not understanding things as I'm half falling asleep at work and it was the same for school.
