let's talk about good things to do when you've got a cat, and also bad things.

i ask mainly as gf's flatmate has a male kitten, couple of months old. little bastard is adorable.

anyway,he's got tiny little teeth and claws and sometimes when we pet him he bites and scratches us. it doesnt hurt though cos he's a baby. i assume he likes it, because he could easily run and hide, but instead is just adorable, as mentioned.

anyway, should we be discouraging him from biting us like that because he'll get bigger and aggressive and mean wreck the flat OR is it a healthy play development thing?
