Personally I think it's an absolute joke that people are expected to pick up dogshit. It's not even a proper law, I mean how would you prove it in court? are the CPS going to fork out for a detailed DNA analysis of the offending turd?

Of course, it means I can't complain if/when I step in some shite, but that's a very rare occurence.
