BBQ Skills
Not you, skillseleven
So: BBQ season descends and I'm looking forward to burning and/or undercooking everything like a boss. How are you when it comes to the art of barbecue?
I do however have some decent recipes I used last year: found this one online a while ago for rubbing on meat (nice), especially ribs and it's a winner:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
And you basically store it for a while to 'mature' although I don't really do that for more than a week because I'm lazy.
Now you. Tell me of all bbqing glories/fuckups/recipes/laments
