Just a quick question if anyone happens to know - internet searching is not proving useful today.

If your landlord that you pay the rent to every month is not registered BUT your house IS registered to a landlord that is presumably related to the person you are paying rent to (same last name) what does this mean?

I know your landlord has to be registered but if he's not registered but someone for your house is, what's the law there?

Does the person the house is registered to have to be your official landlord? I'm assuming so because to register you have to have to fit a certain criteria so presumably someone else registering then handing you the house so you get the money for it is a bit unethical/illegal, no?

Advice please if anyone knows.
