If we had the ability to completely clone a brain and keep it alive in a jar - or for argument's sake - stick it in a ready made body so you'd have a fully functioning person...

Then would that cloned brain also hold all the memories of the original brain?

If so: Does this mean memories create bits / connections in the brain? Or (more likely) if not, then where the fuck are those memories stored?
