largely uneventful Weekend Football Thread
Nine Premier League games over Sat & Sun. Probably best if we leave the needlessly defensive Manchester Derby bants until Monday, eh, no point ruining everyone's weekend.
Reading and QPR will almost certainly be down should they not pick up three points. Arsenal, Spurs and Everton have important games in the race for 4th place glory, with the latter two playing eachother in what could prove the game of the weekend.
In the Championship, not a single team doesn't have something to play for with half-a-dozen games left, but Huddersfield v Peterboro and Sheff Weds v Blackburn would appear to be proper six-pointers, Brighton v Leicester should help to decide the final play-off entrant, and sexy Watford host probable champions Cardiff.
In League One, Hartlepool face Bury in a last-ditch affair, and key games at the top include Uwe's Brentford going to Coventry, Walsall v Sheffield United, and league leaders Doncaster hosting out-of-form former table toppers Tranmere.
In League Two, promotion hopefuls Port Vale and Burton playoff, and York v Accrington could have a big say in who goes down.
Other stuff includes surprise La Liga package Real Sociedad v moneybags Malaga, Dinamo Kiev v Shakhtar, Crewe and Southend contesting the JPT Final, Fiorentina v Milan, and there's also a televised Scottish Challenge Cup Final (BBC Alba) for those who don't fancy QPR v Wigan.
