Missed the first 20 minutes of the England game last night, which sounds like it was probably an error as it was the bit where they briefly looked competent.

Not really a bad result in isolation, but it was a pretty avoidable goal and the lack of any nous when under pressure or options in midfield is a bit of a worry.

Scotland, Wales and Norn Iron all lost, obviously. Oireland drew.

Spain beat France 1-0 to take back the lead in their group, Benzema's now gone over 1000 minutes without a goal for France, the Spanish bench was ridiculous.

Holland beat Romania to keep up their normal routine of storming qualifying before suddenly becoming rubbish and hating each other the second they arrive at a tournament.
