Wowsers...so yeah, England nearly get turned over by 'plucky' NZ, but MY GOD are we a tough team to beat nowadays. Thanks in no small part to Matt Prior, who is certainly one of the best wk/batsmen there's been in my lifetime (and probably ever, given its relatively recent all-rounder status).

In summary though, a bit of an odd tour seeing as we scaled the heights of winning an India (a team who then white-washed the Aussies). We never really seemed to get going at any stage...and we certainly missed Swann.

This summer we should be looking to remain undefeated really before inflicting a whitewash in Oz and then retiring ourselves from the international game.
