I've been favouring Globe shoes for the last five years or so, different colours but the same style.

I like the look but the soles wear out really quickly so I end up with shoes that look great (to me) from above but give me sore/wet feet from below. I pay between £35 and £50 for these depending on the vendor and deal.

I'm thinking I might need to broaden my horizons and maybe even spend a bit more dough if they're going to last me longer.

What brands/styles do you favour and can anyone recommend shoes with longer lasting soles?
