What are you lot having for breakfast?

I've found some sachets of golden syrup flavour oat so simple in the cupboard so I'm going to make myself porridge in a minute. All the recent talk of porridge has made me fancy it.

To aid me in this endeavour, please could somebody tell me approximately how many mls of milk doe4s an average size mug hold? (I'm trying to measure out 180ml without a measuring jug.

I'm getting really hungry.
