First time taking them, been doing so for about a week and I think I'm starting to see an improvement which is good. However, I'm experiencing a lot of side effects atm (initially I thought I was a bit ill, but I rarely get ill normally, and my symptoms pretty much match the warning on the packet). Basically dizziness, generally feeling sick, loss of appetite and pretty much entire loss of sex drive. I realise these things are probably common or whatnot, but do you guys reckon its worth sticking with it for the benefits and hope that they go away, or just give up and go back to being a miserable, if healthier feeling sad sack?
