got a sore neck. had it for the last few days. think I've been sleeping at an odd angle or some shit. more annoying than anything.

toe next to my little toe on the right foot is a bit red. dunno why. maybe been rubbing on my trainer. not sure really. probably a 1/10 on the pain scale.
