Inspired by both the album version thread, and by untrue slagging of American comedies (which meant I thought of my perfect film for this).

So yeah, my selection is Groundhog Day. Just one of the nicest and cleverest films I've seen. Would also nominate Lost in Translation. Oh Bill.
