In the co-main event Former Light Heavyweight champion and Ultimate Fighter winner Rashad Evans, returns to action against Pride Veteran Antônio Rogério Nogueira.

Also on the card Former K1 GP, Dream Heavyweight and Strikeforce Heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem will face Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva with a possible shot at the Heavyweight title on the line.
