what's the best mixer?

i want something i can drink in large quantities and not feel shit cos i drank shit loads of sugar.

what do you use as a mixer?

i often go for rum with ginger beer cos it's totally boss. another is blue powerade with vodka, looks like something from a chemistry lab in a cartoon.
