Fairly or not very?

I'm quitting mine soon and while I won't miss the work, I'll sure miss the people especially the two I sit with. I can see why some people sit in jobs for years as it's nice to be somewhere where you know everyone. Plus the folks I work with are nice, only a couple of dickheads and they're only about a 3 on the dickhead scale.

Not quite sure what my point is here. Your turn, I think.
