It's been hurting for a few days now, like I thought on day one I'd just slept on it funny and then on day two it felt like I'd pulled a muscle and then on day three it started clicking when I twist it at the elbow like *this* so now I'm pretty sure it's broken. This is what a broken arm is like, right
