Trouble at 'Mill 3: gig at the Brixton Windmill on Saturday January 26th
Morning everyone. How's January so far? First full week back at work killing you? Here's something to look forward to if you're part of the London Metropolitan Elite – we're having another shindig at the Windmill at the end of the month. Here's the lineup so far:
MODEL VILLAGE
A London/Cambridge collective pulling folk, alt country and indie pop into their web. They share a member with Apple Eyes, who played the first Trouble at 'Mill last year. We're all about continuity.
“Undiluted loveliness… as deft as The Shins at their finest” (The Line of Best Fit)

WITHOUT FIDEL
Jeff, Paul and Adam (who were all in the very wonderful Applicants) take the rock and pop canon apart to see how it works. “We treat every show like a party – to which you’re invited, my friend.”

DEATH BRIDGES
One quarter of the late Cats in Paris, two brothers, two synths, a guitar, a 90s drum machine and a shared fondness for dark, dense pop music.

Guntrip is coming. Bamos is hosting a raffle*. There's little to no chance that anyone will play a three-hour set of Guided by Voices covers (whether that's a good or bad thing, I leave it to you to decide.) Hope to see you there!
