My circumstances are changing and in the new year I'm moving out of the flat I share with my girlfriend (now ex-girlfriend) & friend and finding somewhere new. It seems my options are limited to house sharing as I don't earn much money (I work for a charity). Thing is, I really want to live on my own - nothing fancy, just a modest studio appartment/ 1 bedroom flat but it's so much more expensive. Does anyone have any advice/experience with this type o' thing? Is there anything I can do or should i just resign myself to the fact that until I get a better job I'm probs gonna have to live with weirdos off the internet...
