i need to know the name of a thing, or an easy way of expressing a thing.

the thing in question is that thing where someone turns their back to you and hugs themselves tight and rubs their back, as though they're dancing with someone else or making out with someone else. and they do a somewhat sexy dance to illustrate the girations etc.

what's that called?
