It looks like the company has been intentionally left to run itself into the ground with the investment firm due to take a hefty sum away from this situation after having done very little to save the company itself. Shameful situation really and i feel sorry for all the staff who are being left jobless at xmas of all times. The government probe will turn up little and the investment firm will at best get a slap on the wrists and a minimal fine.
