Sorry for the serious nature of this post, but my mum got divorced about 2 years ago, and it now turns out her ex husband is being legally represented in the divorce proceedings by the same female lawyer that he is now living with/partnering.

Is this a serious breach of the law? It sounds like it could be...

Does anyone with any sort of legal background know what could be done about this?
