Bit of a hoo-ha going down at work with the dirty smokers, like. Smoking on site has been banned completely, even in car parks, and managers, off the record, are being encouraged to only take on non-smokers from now on.

People who insist on smoking just off site, or who come to work smelling of smoke are going to be getting warned, sent home, and eventually receiving their marching orders (not officially for that, obviously).

The smokers seem to think that being allowed to smoke during breaks is a human right, and that companies have to provide some sort of designated smoking area.

I'm all for the dirty smokers being fucked off, tbh. Makes me sick, it really does. If someone came into the office with horrendous BO or shitbreath, someone would have a quiet word with them, but if you stink of an ashtray, apparently that's fine.

To get you bottysnoggers involved a bit, if smokers were banned from your workplace full stop, would that improve your day, take away from it, or make no difference whatsoever?
