Kind of inspired by slavestate's thread. Has this ever happened to you? A few years back I was playing pool in a pub and noticed that one of the group who'd just left had left her purse behind. I picked it up to go and hand it in at the bar only for her to come back in and accuse me of nicking it. Probably wasn't helped by one of my mates yelling 'Busted!' as she came back in.
