I no longer want to work for an organisation who allow this sort of behaviour to happen in the work place.

As far as I can see I have two options:

1. Shut up, stop complaining and get on with my job.
2. Get another job ASAP so I can quit.

Is there any way I can quit my job now and not be financially fucked?
Is there anything else I can do?
